Limited Warranty for Canada and USA Purchases
The Fenix Intl limited warranty covers the original purchaser for ReadySets that are purchased and used in the United States and starts from the date of original purchase and expires six months later. If, during this period, the ReadySet fails to function properly during normal use, it will be repaired or replaced
at no charge except shipping and handling. The following is excluded from this warranty: damage to the Products resulting from (i) modifications to the Products not authorized by Fenix, (ii) accident, negligence, abuse, misuse and/or mishandling of the Products, or (iii) improper installation or operation of the Products in a manner for which the Products were not designed or outside of the specifications, including using excess voltage. Batteries, cables, bulbs and other accessories are not covered under this warranty and are provided by Fenix “AS IS” without any warranties whatsoever. Fenix will not be responsible
for losses arising from damaged batteries, including losses caused by the purchaser replacing and/or installing batteries, or losses as a result of lost opportunities due to loss of use of the equipment. THIS REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY WARRANTY BREACH AND IS GIVING IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, NONINFRINGEMENT OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ALL OF WHICH ARE HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED AND EXCLUDED. SELLER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ‘COVER’ (COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE BUYER PURCHASING A SUBSTITUTE PRODUCT).
Limited Warranty for non-Canada/USA Purchases
For ReadySet products purchased outside the United States, please see warranty details provided by the in-country distributor from which you purchased the product. For ReadySet products purchased directly from Fenix International, currently Fenix is not able to provide warranty coverage. The purchased goods are therefore provided by Fenix “AS IS” without any warranties whatsoever.
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your ReadySet (the “Product”), Fenix Intl’s (“Fenix”) return policy allows you to return the Products purchased by you directly from Fenix after obtaining a Fenix return material authorization (“RMA”) during the 30 day period following date of shipment by Fenix. If the item is returned undamaged, in its original condition, and in the original packaging in accordance with this policy, we will exchange it or offer a refund of the purchase price paid made by crediting the account used to make the original purchase. The RMA may be obtained by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. The Product must be received by Fenix within 20 days after issuance of the RMA.
All Products must be packed in the original, unopened and unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration that shipped with the Product. A $15.00 open box fee may be assessed on any opened hardware or accessory, and damage and missing part restocking fees may apply.
The RMA number must be included with the returned Product.
Shipping and handling charges, gift wrap fees, and taxes paid (e.g., state, customs, GST) are not refundable. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Fenix. If you return Product to Fenix (a) without a RMA from Fenix, (b) beyond the 20 day RMA issuance period, or (c) without proper packaging, Fenix retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee. The time to credit your account may vary, depending on processing time. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for Fenix to credit the account used to make the original purchase.
