Job Description:

Fenix International is seeking a highly motivated, creative and experienced engineer to provide technical service leadership for the Fenix suite of renewable energy products. This person will work directly with the East Africa Regional Business Development & Sales Manager to help design and oversee after-sales services, conduct product training for service partners, provide technical support for product testing and pilots, manage inventory and repairs, provide regular reports on technical issues and manage other technical staff. This person will also participate in and provide input into new product design, development & distribution.

Fenix International is seeking a highly motivated, creative and experienced business development and sales manager to drive Uganda sales for the Fenix suite of renewable energy products. This person will work directly with the East Africa Regional Business Development and Sales Manager to manage existing sales relationships in Uganda, accelerate volume sales with early adopter customers, manage customer needs, manage new pilots, collect and analyze feedback, manage trainers and country technical staff, and run a country office with inventory. This person will also contribute to the development of leads and business in new verticals and geographies, as well as new product definition and development.

Job Description:

Fenix International is looking for a talented self-starting electrical engineer to join the Fenix team in designing new products and help scale production of our flagship product, the ReadySet. The ReadySet, a renewable energy platform is currently in production, selling in Africa, and will drive major growth for the company. This new hire must be a capable electrical engineer and software designer, and have prior experience with mass production manufacturing. This engineer will be an integral member of the Fenix engineering team and will interface with our manufacturing partner in China.
